How do I pay and activate my new membership?
You are able to make the payment through the membership platform once you sign up.
How long does it take for my membership card to arrive?
Your membership card should arrive within 10 working days from the date that your membership is posted according to Pos Malaysia standards. If you still have not received the card after 10 working days, please feel free to reach out to us.
How do I track my membership card shipment?
You cannot track your membership card shipment as we will use regular mail to post the membership card to you.
I am an existing Malaysian Red Crescent member with a membership card. What should I do to onboard?
You can simply onboard the MRCS Community for free by uploading the front and back of the existing membership card that you have. You only have up until the 31st December 2022 to do so. Any membership verification beyond that will not be entertained.
I am an existing Malaysian Red Crescent member but I already made a payment on the MRCS Community. What should I do?
You may raise the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org but please be advised that the refund process will take a long time.

You can report it by clicking the "Report Member" button in the profile page of the suspicious account. Please elaborate your issue and provide explanation.

You can click your profile bubble on the top right, and click the "Resources" button to access resources for members.
How much is the membership cost?
The membership costs RM8 per year and there are options to renew for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or lifetime. Each transaction will also be charged for an one-off transaction fee of RM10.
My membership card printing order submission was rejected. What should I do?
Your membership card printing order submission was rejected probably for the reasons below:
- 1. Missing address
- 2. Missing passport style photo
- 3. Improper passport style photo
Please re-submit your information through My Account via Upload button appeared on the green card when you got rejected.
I already made a payment on the system but it did not update. What should I do?

- 2. IC No.
- 3. Membership No.
- 4. Proof of transaction (Including transaction date and amount)
